If you are an agricultural fieldworker, or work with pesticides in California and want to report a pesticide-related incident, you can use this app to do so.
This app streamlines the process for you to submit a pesticide related incident report. Depending on the details of your incident report, your report will be sent to the Department of Pesticide Regulation or directly to the Agricultural Commissioner of the incident county for further investigation. If your incident report requires more information, somebody from DPR or the Agricultural Commissioner’s office will be in contact with you.

The Department of Pesticide Regulation application for reporting pesticide incidents will no longer be operable as of Jan. 31, 2024. It is critically important for all Californians to have the opportunity to easily and anonymously report pesticide incidents.
Call:1-87PestLine (1-877-378-5463) to connect to your local County Agricultural Commissioner to make a report. You can ask to make the report anonymously or to keep your name confidential.
